Minimum 10 point font, minimum paper size 8 1/2 x 11, maximum paper size 8 1/2 x 14, blue or black ink only, no highlighting, side and bottom margins of minimum 1", 3" margin across top of the first page of each instrument and 1 1/2" across the top of each remaining.  Non-conforming fee $20.00 if document does not meet standards.
